Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

We do not refund shipping charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to have 100% satisfaction!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products (i.e., makeup, lipstick, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

HAIR, EXTENSION, WIG, EYELASH RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products.

You may return your product within 14 days of the sale only if it has a major defect from manufacture and it has not been used or worn in any way. Color choices and change of mind of lengths and grams is NOT warranted for a refund unfortunately.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn / color processed in any way / washed ), all sales are final.

For hygienic, sanitary and legal purposes, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on hair products or eyelashes if we believe it has been taken out of its original packaging (ties, bands, tags, etc.); used or mishandled. In the event of a return or exchange you must email us pictures of the product to confirm the return. 

Although we know you would love to open up the package and feel through it – it is unsanitary to expect us to turn around and resell New You 613 Hair after someone else has worn it or has been mishandled. Please understand we care about you and would not subject you to worn, used, or mishandled hair, wigs, extensions or eyelashes.

Return or exchange costs for the shipping of a product is to be paid for by the customer. We do not refund shipping charges.

In the case that you may get anyone to install your New You 613 Hair extensions and for any reason complications arise such as; incorrect installation, shedding due to incorrect installation, any form of complications with coloring to the hair extensions and/or your own hair including bleach, damage to your scalp due to incorrect installation, damage to your scalp or to the hair extensions due to the use of any hair care products we will in no way be held responsible or be liable to provide any refund or exchange of any kind.

Exchanges

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us, and we will send out your requested style.

If the requested lengths change, we will have to adjust the cost of your order.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
